Chef Craig Harding is the talent behind some of Toronto’s most talked-about restaurants, including the beloved Campagnolo, La Palma, Constantine, and the newly opened and highly regarded, Bar Prima. His Mediterranean-inspired cooking has earned acclaim both in the kitchen and on screen, with appearances on Chef In Your Ear, Chef’s Bar, and TLN’s Opening Spain and Open Fire with fellow chef Rob Rossi.

Chef Kyle Rindinella
SPECIALTY: ROMAN, TUSCAN & PIEDMONTESE ITALIAN CUISINE
Chef Kyle Rindinella is Chef and Partner at the acclaimed Enoteca Sociale, an esteemed Roman-focused restaurant that’s a Dundas West neighbourhood hotspot. Raised just outside Milan, his cooking blends Italian tradition with local, seasonal ingredients. With a background in journalism, Kyle brings storytelling to the plate, connecting guests to the culture behind each dish. A passionate expert in Italian wine, he curates unforgettable food adventures rooted in authenticity, knowledge, and warm, wholehearted hospitality.

Chef Miriam Echeveria
SPECIALTY: MODERN ITALIAN, FRENCH, MEXICAN & PLANT-BASED CUISINE
Miriam Echeverria is a Mexican-born chef & wellness advocate championing plant-forward, sustainable cuisine. As founder of Cheffing4Good, she hosts pop‑up dinners entirely benefiting marginalized communities. Miriam gained national attention as a contestant on Top Chef Canada Season 11 and served as Executive Chef at Dimensions Retreat Centre, where she developed a holistic food program linking nutrition to mental well-being. Her cooking melds bold flavours with purpose—nourishing both palate and community.
She loves to express herself through flavour, but also textures and colours on the plate. She can’t wait to share her love of food with you!
Career Highlights:
✲ As a former Chef de cuisine at L’Unità Enoteca, Miriam was named one of the 16 best female chefs in the city and “One of the reasons to love Toronto” by Toronto Life magazine.
✲ Founder of Tribe Five (under the Cheffing4Good umbrella), a collaborative dinner series featuring female chefs that raised funds for marginalized communities while driving meaningful dialogue through shared meals

Chef Nick auf der Mauer
SPECIALTY: STEAKHOUSE, AMERICAN ITALIAN, MEDITERRANEAN, GLOBAL CUISINE
Chef Nick auf der Mauer has over 20 years of experience in some of Toronto’s top kitchens, including Canoe, Auberge du Pommier, and The Drake Hotel. In 2010, he launched Porchetta & Co., one of the city’s first chef-driven fast casual concepts. Known for his simple, ingredient-focused cooking, Nick draws inspiration from Toronto’s rich culinary diversity and specializes in elevated steakhouse, American Italian, and Mediterranean dishes.
Nick’s philosophy is simple: take great ingredients and let them shine through traditional cooking techniques.
Career Highlights:
✲ The original Porchetta & Co. on Dundas Street W Started opened its doors in the winter of 2010 to much praise from the local media, as well as some notable mentions from the likes of Food & Wine magazine and the Chicago Tribune.
✲ Credited with developing Toronto’s first chef-led fast-casual concept, helping redefine the city’s casual dining scene

Chef Rob Rossi
SPECIALTY: NORTHERN ITALIAN & MEDITERRANEAN CUISINE
Chef Rob Rossi is known for his refined take on Northern Italian and Mediterranean cuisine. After earning critical acclaim for his first restaurant Bestellen, he went on to open Giulietta, ranked #5 on enRoute’s 100 Best New Restaurants list. As Head Chef of Osteria Giulia in Yorkville, Rob has led the restaurant to retain a Michelin star each year since Toronto’s inaugural guide in 2022. A Top Chef Canada finalist, and a Season 11 guest judge, as well as a TLN TV personality, Rob brings passion, precision, and star power to every dining experience.
His goal has always been simple: to source quality ingredients and make people happy.

✲ Recently launched a new restaurant - Bisteccheria Sammarco - an Italian steakhouse in Toronto’s Financial District, expanding his culinary portfolio of Italian dining concepts
✲ Along with his business partner David Minicucci, they won the prestigious Pinnacle Award for Independent Restaurateurs of the Year (2024), recognizing excellence in hospitality, guest service, staff development, and sustained growth at Giulietta and Osteria Giulia.
